Bayasgalangiin Garidmagnai (born 17 September 1985 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia; known occasionally as Garidmagnai Bayasgalangiin; Mongolian: Баясгалангийн Гарьдмагнай) is a Mongolian footballer who plays as a midfielder, defender for Ulaanbaatar Mazaalai. He is 1.88m tall. He is considered intelligent, a long crosser and powerful long shooter.
He is considered to be by far the most naturally gifted footballer ever to have emerged from Mongolia, and is indeed the only player in the current Mongolian national side to both play professionally and have coached professionally. He has done the latter at youth club Deren Sumida.

Garidmagnai plays predominantly as a midfielder, although he spent several seasons playing as a striker with his first club, Ulaanbaatar Mazaalai, notching many of his 10 goals in 13 domestic league matches for the team from this position. Bayasgalangiin's transition from Mazaalai's youth team to their senior side saw him become the first ever (and as current only) Mongolian to play for a club professionally; all of his team-mates only played for Mazaalai on a part-time basis.
Capped 14 times by Mongolia since 2003, he currently has one goal to his name - a decisive strike in a 2–1 victory over Chinese Taipei in 2007. He has played for the Mongolia national football team in four FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.[1]
